Getting Here

You can follow your sat nav to BB7 9PY.


It will bring you directly to Overhacking Farm. Drive through the farmyard, past the houses and into the parking area.


Please leave your car here as there is no vehicle access to the glamping field. The site is less than a two hundred metre walk from the car park.

Directions by Road

From Clitheroe

Follow the B6243 past Ribblesdale Pool and over the River Ribble. Continue past the Edisford Pub for around four miles.



Cross the River Hodder and look left for Cromwell’s Bridge. As the road climbs, turn right at the stone built bus stop onto Knowles Brow.



Continue uphill and take the second right opposite Hall Barn Farm, then follow the lane for half a mile.

From Whalley

Follow the B6243 past Ribblesdale Pool and over the River Ribble. Continue past the Edisford Pub for around four miles.



Cross the River Hodder and look left for Cromwell’s Bridge. As the road climbs, turn right at the stone built bus stop onto Knowles Brow.



Continue uphill and take the second right opposite Hall Barn Farm, then follow the lane for half a mile.

From Hurst Green

Travel along the B6243 through the village, passing St Joseph’s Primary School.



After three miles, turn left at the stone built bus stop onto Knowles Brow.
Take the second right opposite Hall Barn Farm and follow the lane for half a mile.

GETTING HERE

Follow sat nav to BB7 9PY, it will take you straight to our farm. Go through the Farm Yard, past the houses and you will find the parking area. Please leave your car here as we have no vehicle access to the Yurts. The site itself is less than 200 meters walk from the parking area.

From Clitheroe: Follow the B6243 passing Ribblesdale swimming pool and over the River Ribble. Pass the Edisford Pub and keep on this road for 4 miles. You will go over the  River Hodder and as you do look to the left and see the old Cromwell's Bridge. As you go up the hill, turn right at the stone built bus stop up Knowles Brow. Continue up the hill and take the 2nd turning on your right opposite Hall Barn Farm. Continue down the lane for half a mile.

From Whalley: Follow the B6246 towards Mitton for 4 miles, passing Mitton Hall and Aspinall Arms. At the T-junction turn left. You will go over the  River Hodder and as you do look to the left and see the old Cromwell's Bridge. As you go up the hill, turn right at the stone built bus stop up Knowles Brow. Continue up the hill and take the 2nd turning on your right opposite Hall Barn Farm. Continue down the lane for half a mile.

From Hurst Green: Go through the village on the B6243, passing St Josephs Primary School on the left. Continue for 3 miles and at the stone build bus stop turn left. Continue up the hill and take the 2nd turning on your right opposite Hall Barn Farm. Continue down the lane for half a mile.

Public Transport: The number 5 bus Clitheroe to Chipping via Hurst Green will drop you at the stone bus stop at the bottom of Knowles Brow. Walk up the hill and take the second turning on your left opposite Hall Barn Farm and continue walking up the farm track. Please note the walk from the bus stop to the glamping site is 1.5 miles. Local Train Stations: Whalley is 3 miles away and Clitheroe is 3.2 miles away

Public Transport

The number 5 bus from Clitheroe to Chipping via Hurst Green stops at the stone bus stop at the bottom of Knowles Brow.



Walk up the hill and take the second turning on your left opposite Hall Barn Farm, then continue along the farm track.



Please note that the walk from the bus stop to the glamping site is one and a half miles.

Train Stations

Whalley Station is approximately three miles from the farm.

Clitheroe Station is around three point two miles away.
