Yes of course you can. We have a shop that is located on the carpark. Remember, only the first nights wood is complimentary. If you're planning to use the hot tub again you will need 2x bags per usage.

No, But we offer a pre-light service for £20. If you're lighting it yourself, it will be already for you, so all you need to do is light the firelighters and keep it stoked with wood. NB: it will take 2hrs to heat up.

I supply just enough wood for the hot tub, so if you use it on your fire pit, you might have a cold hot tub. Best to order a bag or some BBQ coals for your fire pit.

I supply enough matches for the duration of your stay. You can find them in the metal bin inside your accommodation. More is available in the shop if you run out.

We have small indoor fire briquettes available to order prior to your stay or in the shop. They are the perfect size for the indoor fires as the wood for the hot tub is often too big to fit. (Only the yurts have inside fires).

Yes - You can hire towels if you wish at £4 per person.

I put a hold on your payment card prior to arrival for £50 to cover any mishaps/ breakages as per our terms and conditions. This amount is not taken from your card but you will see it on your invoice. The Good house keeping bond is automatically released after your stay with us.

We love decorating our accommodation and have a birthday banner which we can leave ready for your arrival. We can also provide you with a bottle of wine or champagne or a wine and cheese board with specially selected local cheeses all for your arrival. We also have close links with a florist for that special bouquet. What ever you are looking for we can help you. Just give us a shout!

No, we live in the beautiful countryside with amazing views of the valley. The nearest towns are Clitheroe and Whalley- approx 5miles. The nearest pubs are in Hurst Green and Gt Mitton- approx 3miles away.
